Back and Breathing Problems

I just thought I would add to my post that I have been having some back and shoulder problems lately which have kept me from the workout scene. It seems that the harder I work out the more it hurts, and the less I can do, I go from 10 sets of 15 one day to a total of 20 pushups the next. I have however purchased a bottle of RVL from Monavie and the supplement capsules. In about 4 days I dropped five pounds. I have also started drinking Monavie Active again. It helped before with the shoulder and back. It has been over a year since I steadily used the product.

Every morning my alarm is set for 06:30 AM unless I have something going on the night before I get up then, generally I function off of 6-7 hours of sleep. I want to find a dirt path that I can run on in the morning, but right now it is just the side of the road and the sidewalk. The new running I got I used for a walk and got some huge blisters on the back of my feet, which is why I would like a path and to use my Vibram KSO Treks. not sure if my are yet strong enough for running on pavement with them for longer periods of time.

For the past week I have been drinking it for breakfast and it has been great, I think however because of my size I am going to change it up for the next week and use it for a between meal snack and see what the different outcome is, I try this method for two weeks starting tomorrow, So the results should be posted here on July 25. Right now my run it approximately 1/4 of a mile and my weight has only dropped to 264, so when post on July 25th I have a should be 250-255 and running a mile, not including the warm-up or cool-down.

Evil Diets and running shoes

Diets are hard to follow, even the simple ones, after about 4 days I was hungry at work and grabbed some snacks, and started eating in the middle of the day again, eating once for some reason satisfies me, eating more often makes me hungrier.

I have heard from quite a few people that Monavie RVL works really good, I am a distributor and would like to try a supplement and program that is good and won’t give me big watery looking muscles, I want to be agile and more on the lean side than bulky. I purchased new running today and also have another person to train with, the think they paid a lot for the shoes. It is going to start being the push and pull process to start.

I am going of my same personal training program that I have written which borders on the line of insanity for those not in shape. But of course that will be refined as time goes on. It is getting closer to April and I am still looking at the possibility of running a half marathon there with a supervisor who has been training for it. By the beginning of next month I should have a pair of Merrell Barefoot running shoes, they are darker and I will start using those instead of dress shoes and my Vibram 5 toes when I am doing any thing else that requires shoes. Overall I am going to save laundry soap and go barefoot whenever I can.

On a side note, I am saving up to buy a mid-level violin.

NO SMOKING FOR 2 DAYS!!!

Okay, so here is how it going to work, a day at a time, no pressure, just what results I get… And the hardest part of the my “Detox” stage, only one coffee per day (not big deal for me) lots of water. And no SMOKING, if I smoke within the next two days I will have to give a random person, someone I do not know, $100 Cash. Why someone that I do not know, because I will have a witness stating I gave it to them, and they will not be able to give it back, and it sounded better than telling my friend I would give it to him, if he was attempting to quit, then I would set up a mutual first one to smoke owes the other, and have a wager. But since the one I was talking to is not, I decided on a random person, that way there is no speculated interest in any parties I know other than my health benefit.

Distractions

So I never officially got started, was going to start with P90X, do the complete program then try the Insanity workout after I get back from Japan. Well, I have not gotten past the first week in P90X, I think I started 2 – 3 times, but I have seen some pretty good movies over the past three months.
I Told my Girlfriend a couple of weeks ago I would be going to Japan after I reached 220 lbs, currently at 267. I also said I need to focus on my goals… (and not sit and watch movies every night.) While speaking with a friend he mentioned that I need to set a date for Japan, so I have a date for leaving, November 8. Why this date? because it is the fall and not winter, it is this year, and I picked it based off of three 90 day workout programs (which I have failed to start yet again.)
The Date stays, the programs go, I am going experiment a little with different methods, which can be found in The 4-hour Body and the website fourhourbody.com
First I am going to start the Slow-Carb Diet. I started this morning on the eat within 30 minutes of waking, by having 2 eggs with salsa, I am going to try and hard boil some and see how long I can eat at least 2 a day like that, for lunch right now I had prepackaged burritos from Costco, I think I may cut those for a few days, I just made some really bland stir fry, (frozen, big bag from Costco) added cooked shrimp (frozen) and a can of black beans (drained). It tasted like crap but I made way to much, so that will be my meals for at least the next two days.

Another fitness program? None of the other have worked so why should this one?

Well, let me tell tell you a few things about what it.
It is not going to be based on strict diet, it will have a dietary
section to help people and give recepies and nutrition plans as I get
them.  I would like the nutrition foods section to have parts for
weight loss, starting and maintaining a healthy diet, diabetes, and
weight gain for those that need it.
The main goal of the fitness section will vary as well, it is not going to be simply an exercise regime for people to dread. True, there will be the section for people that want to loose weight, and build muscle. Also there is going to be an area for people that want to maintain there current physique, or just get a little more tone.
